Payment
We accept Credit Cards, PayPal, Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, Cash and Personal Checks. (Personal checks will be held 14 days) When paying via Personal check, Money Order, Cash or Cashiers Check, please remember to include the product ID #, complete item description & phone number. (Print out of the receipt is best) Also please provide a complete shipping address typed very clear to be used on your package to assure it gets to you. We DO NOT accept Money Orders that require that we go pick them up. They must be delivered to us.

Shipping & Insurance
Items shipped with a total shipping value of $249.99 or greater will be sent signature required. Also items sent to an address other then the one listed on the payment method will be send Adult signature required. By signing the delivery receipt, you are agreeing to pay the charges associated with that order.
All items shipped UPS are default insured for $100. Additional insurance is available for purchase if desired. Items not insured for more then $100 are not covered for loss or damage in access of the UPS included insurance. All items shipped USPS are not insured unless purchased at time of ordering.

Shipment Inquires

When emailing and asking when your item was shipped please keep in mind we normally process your order and ship within 2-4 working days of payment and the post office can take up to 14 days to deliver. However, please keep in mind, while most of this is always in stock, at times we will be out of stock while we wait for our vendors to restock and ship to us. If you find it has been more than 4 weeks since you ordered and you have not received your item, please feel free to contact us. When this time frame has elapsed and you are emailing with a shipment inquiry you must provide the following information for me to research your shipment. Your order #, your item description, When and How Payment was made and the complete Name & shipping address you gave us to ship to. We answer all emails. If you don't get a reply within 24 hours your service provider may have a block on my AOL email address. In this case please contact me again via email telling me you did not receive a response and I will try to contact you thru other means.

International Buyers
You must email and ask for S/H rates for your country before buying if not listed on the item. Please understand S/H charges include postage and all other cost incurred when shipping Internationally from our end. (Does not include and duty or taxes at your end). Please be advised, if using a credit card, your issuing bank MUST support the Address Verification System in order for us to accept your order.

Attention: We sell some items that are not permitted in all countries. Check your local laws before ordering these items. We have a firm and strict policy regarding this situation. If you order an item and it is detained or ceased by customs, we will not be held responsible. You are fully responsible for both the loss of shipping and the loss of the item. NO EXCEPTIONS. It is not our responsibility to know your countries laws!

Return Policy
You have a 5-day inspection period (from time you receive your merchandise). If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will refund your money (less S/H  & Payment fees) Item MUST be returned in AS NEW condition, including the item's box. No exceptions. You MUST notify us via email within 5-days of delivery to be eligible for a Refund. 

Defective items: You must contact us with-in the 5 day inspection period for replacement from us. After the inspection period, please contact the manufacture for repair/replacement. Please ship the defective item to the address provided in the RMA. Once the item is received, we will ship the replacement via a shipping service of our choice. Sorry, but we do not cover shipping of the item to us. Please contact the manufacture if you feel you should be reimbursed for return shipping.

All open items are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Pre-Order Products
Please understand with Pre-Order products that we as Dealers have placed orders for these products in advance. When product is delivered it will be shipped out in the order of Payment made not item purchase (IE, if you pay by check or money order etc... you would fall into line where the payment was received not the day you placed the order). Please also understand we can only ship what the company sends us. In the past they have run behind on promised shipping dates. Remember in all business sometimes there are unforeseen delays. Please note, you will not be charged the full amount until your item ships. Once an item has been sent to the shipping department and the order secured, there is no way to cancel or change the order. Special order items such as large MR ships cannot be canceled or returned once the order has been allocated.

All pre-order items totaling $500 or more will be charged a 10% deposit to secure the item. If the order in cancelled, this deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. We do this to reduce the number of people that have been pre-ordering exclusive items and then cancelling them the week they are ready to ship or attempting to secure an item with an invalid credit card. Once the full amount has been charged, the order cannot be cancelled.

PLEASE NOTE: By placing an order you are stating that you are 18 years of age or older and abiding by all local, state, and federal laws concerning the purchase, transportation, and possession of such items.
